Digital storytelling as a creative and conscious choice to express one’s emotions

The DISCOVER YOURSELF project is aimed at learners of all ages and learning mediators (in formal, non-formal, and informal contexts). The project is funded under Erasmus+ KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training and is implemented from October 5, 2025, to June 4, 2028.

Main objectives

Promote self-awareness and self-efficacy for learners of all ages and learning mediators

Bring out and encourage the sharing of positive emotions in learners and people with fewer opportunities

Create innovative and inclusive learning environments (virtual and physical)

Developing digital skills through emotional digital storytelling techniques

the essential aspects

The DISCOVER YOURSELF project is aimed at people of all ages who wish to tell their stories and emotions, and at learning mediators (in formal, non-formal, and informal contexts). The project is funded under Erasmus+ KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training. It takes place between October 2025 and June 2028.

the paths

Promoting inclusion. The project offers those working in various learning contexts, including non-formal ones, practical tools to support personal growth and strengthen the self-confidence of those participating in the activities.

The objective is to create safe and welcoming spaces where every person can express their emotions peacefully, feel heard, and find a real sense of inclusion.

target groups

Young people between 14 and 19 years old, especially those experiencing academic uncertainty or seeking new motivation in their personal journey.

Adults, including those seeking new professional opportunities, employment, or tools to strengthen their skills and self-esteem.

Communities and groups in fragile situations, such as people with migratory experiences, disabilities, or those facing complex social conditions.
