the value of presence
Promoting inclusion. The project provides VET trainers, youth workers, and facilitators with concrete resources and methodologies to strengthen learners’ self-efficacy, promote inclusion, and create safe spaces for sharing and processing emotions.
the paths
The DISCOVER YOURSELF project was born as a response to the growing need for effective tools that support self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal development for learners of all ages. Particular attention is given to those following VET paths and belonging to vulnerable groups. Social and economic changes, the digital transformation of education, and the lasting impact of global crises have amplified challenges related to emotional health, motivation, and engagement in learning. Through digital platforms, social media, and networking opportunities, DISCOVER YOURSELF aims to foster meaningful interactions and encourage the exchange of knowledge.
target groups
VET students and learners (14–19 years old) – particularly those at risk of early school leaving or in situations of social disadvantage.
Adult learners – particularly unemployed people, NEETs, and individuals seeking personal development and employability skills.
Vulnerable groups – including people with disabilities, migrants, and socially disadvantaged individuals.
